Responsibilities:

  • Support the President and Vice President with calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, expense reports, and daily priorities
  • Screen and prioritize communications, track action items, and ensure projects and deadlines stay on schedule
  • Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and follow up on key deliverables
  • Manage office operations including supplies, equipment, mail, vendors, and internal programs
  • Assist with special projects, process improvements, and ad hoc requests from leadership

Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in an administrative role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and virtual collaboration platforms

  • Handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain clean records.
  • Communicate with clients as needed.
  • Support tax work including sales tax, 1099s, property tax, and assist with returns.
  • Help onboard new clients and complete cleanup projects.
  • Review Staff Accountant work and partner with managers on quality and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
  • 0–3 years of experience or relevant internship.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar systems preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated to learn.
  • Interest in CPA or EA path is a plus.
