Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process fixed asset transactions, including additions, disposals, transfers, and related reconciliations.
  • Review capital expenditure invoices for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with capitalization policies.
  • Support capital project management, including invoice reconciliation and budget-to-actual tracking.
  • Prepare monthly close reconciliations and journal entries for fixed assets and other assigned areas.
  • Partner with IT to enhance internal financial reporting efficiency while maintaining data integrity.
  • Identify and assist with implementing process improvements within corporate accounting and support additional projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience (not open to recent graduates).

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.

  • Own and execute all HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including processing overnight shipping, ordering supplies, coordinating service repairs, and maintaining mailing lists.
  • Receive, scan, and distribute daily faxes, prescriptions, surgery sheets, and other documents into charts and EMR.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable by receiving invoices, issuing checks, processing credit card payments, matching receipts, handling petty cash, and filing.
  • Assist with human resources-related administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support Cornea Course administration, including registrations, packet preparation, and conference setup and breakdown.
  • Assist with office operations such as employee gatherings, lunchroom organization, kitchen restocking, errands, and Google reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Excel and proficiency in Word.
