Responsibilities:

  • Manage client billing from invoice preparation through completion
  • Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain billing data and project financial records
  • Support accounts receivable and invoice follow-up
  • Partner with Project Managers on billing needs and issues
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Maintain records and meet monthly deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or business, preferred
  • 3–5 years of billing, accounts receivable, or accounting experience
  • Experience managing recurring billing and high-volume invoices
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Strong communication skills with internal teams and clients
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with accounting or billing software preferred

This position is in office, Monday-Thursdays 7a-5p and Fridays half-days.

  • Manage 30–40 small business clients.
  • Handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain clean records.
  • Communicate with clients as needed.
  • Support tax work including sales tax, 1099s, property tax, and assist with returns.
