• Collect payments from insurance companies
• Handle reimbursement issues
• Oversee credit balance management, patient balance resolution, and non-patient resolution
• Ensure accuracy of payments
• Maintain cash collection metrics and goals

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of AR experience
• Experience working in a medical setting
