Now hiring for an Indianapolis Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering a professional, hospitality-focused experience.
- Split time between front desk coverage and office operations, projects, and administrative support.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and polished office, including conference room setup and daily readiness.
- Manage mail, deliveries, office supplies, inventory, and coordination with building management and vendors.
- Stock and maintain the social hub; coordinate catering, meals, and support employee events and culture initiatives.
- Support new hire office setup, travel booking, Concur expense reporting, and notary requests as needed.
- Provide general administrative, IT, and conference room support while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- At least two years of experience in hospitality, office coordination, administrative support, or a related role; catering or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and quickly shift priorities with strong attention to detail and organization.
- Polished, professional presence with a service-oriented mindset suited for a high-expectation, investor-facing environment.
