Now hiring for an Indianapolis Senior Human Resource Generalist.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle payroll and review employee timecards.
- Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and policy enforcement.
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Partner with operations leadership on safety compliance and workplace standards.
- Support hiring processes and maintain alignment with corporate HR.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably including payroll and employee relations.
- Experience handling investigations and enforcing policies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to hold difficult conversations.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with corporate HR.
This is an in-office position, Monday- Friday, 7a-4p.
