Now hiring for an Indianapolis Payroll Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate proactively with clients to ensure they properly report payroll data for processing.
- Timely obtain information required for scheduled payroll cycles.
- Review information from clients for timeliness, completeness, and accuracy.
- Perform data entry as needed.
- Resolve issues for clients who encounter difficulties using our systems.
- Prepare and reconcile period-end reports.
- Process payroll adjustments as required.
- Communicate proactively with each assigned client to ensure that there are no unresolved service issues that go unattended.
- Complete quarterly business reviews with each client.
- Coordinate to resolve any client NSF funding transactions the same day they occur.
Qualifications:
- Tech savvy, able to learn new software applications quickly
- Positive attitude and engaging personality
- Two-plus years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree
- High energy and eagerness to learn
- Outstanding work habits, ability to focus and driven to complete projects
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and solve problems with minimal direction
This is an in office position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
