Responsibilities:

  • Communicate proactively with clients to ensure they properly report payroll data for processing. 
  • Timely obtain information required for scheduled payroll cycles. 
  • Review information from clients for timeliness, completeness, and accuracy. 
  • Perform data entry as needed. 
  • Resolve issues for clients who encounter difficulties using our systems. 
  • Prepare and reconcile period-end reports. 
  • Process payroll adjustments as required. 
  • Communicate proactively with each assigned client to ensure that there are no unresolved service issues that go unattended. 
  • Complete quarterly business reviews with each client.   
  • Coordinate to resolve any client NSF funding transactions the same day they occur. 

Qualifications:

  • Tech savvy, able to learn new software applications quickly
  • Positive attitude and engaging personality
  • Two-plus years of relevant experience  
  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree
  • High energy and eagerness to learn
