Now hiring for an Indianapolis Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee complex scheduling, travel coordination, and daily executive priorities.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and leadership discussions.
- Track action items and follow through on key initiatives.
- Support cross-functional coordination and project follow-up.
- Manage documentation, records, and confidential information.
- Assist with event planning and leadership meetings.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
