Now hiring for an Indianapolis Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting for all positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Research and utilize recruiting avenues, including college recruiting and job boards.
- Consult with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements and qualifications.
- Verify candidate references, credentials, and backgrounds.
- Advise candidates on the interview and hiring process.
- Organize and attend job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Create onboarding plans and educate new employees on HR policies and internal procedures.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and talent management systems (or ability to learn quickly).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
This is an in-office position, Monday- Thursday 7a-5p and half day on Fridays.
