Now hiring for an Indianapolis Senior Recruiter.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for niche roles
  • Implement strategic plans to align with business goals
  • Lead workforce planning efforts
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders on hiring needs
  • Analyze recruitment metrics for improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in recruitment or equivalent years of experience required
  • Proficient in strategic workforce planning
  • Must be a self-starter who can work in an ever-changing environment
  • Must be able to take direction from others and work in a team setting
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed highly preferred
