Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for niche roles
- Implement strategic plans to align with business goals
- Lead workforce planning efforts
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders on hiring needs
- Analyze recruitment metrics for improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in recruitment or equivalent years of experience required
- Proficient in strategic workforce planning
- Must be a self-starter who can work in an ever-changing environment
- Must be able to take direction from others and work in a team setting
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed highly preferred
