Senior Payroll Supervisor

Now hiring for an Indianapolis Senior Payroll Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the payroll process, including journal entries and reports
  • Manage payroll records and requests
  • Ensure the W-2 reconciling, processing, and distribution requirements are completed
  • Balance payroll withholding accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Create a quarterly tax reconciliation against the tax filings and the general ledger payroll accounts
  • Ensure accurate and timely filed tax returns, including resolution of tax notices
  • Manage payroll audits

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, required
  • ADP Workforce Now knowledge, preferred
  • Multi-state payroll experience, preferred
  • Previous experience in the legal industry is a plus

  • Perform data entry of customer/client applications (50 or more a day once fully trained)
  • Update and maintain data in the company archives
  • Compile and verify information and sort that into the proper data source
  • Generate reports on customer/client data
  • Provide assistance, as needed, for technical support

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience operating and navigating between multiple screens and software systems
  • High School Diploma required
  • Must have strong data entry and typing skills

Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for all onboarding and pre-employment needs such as health assessments, background checks, references, uniforms, and more
  • Connect new hires with management to facilitate a positive new team member experience
  • Assist with new hire orientation and any questions as needed
  • Provide professional representation of the company for internal and external customers
  • Support the implementation of new TA initiatives as directed by the Vice President of Talent Acquisition
  • Maintain calendars and schedules, travel arrangements, processing invoices, and inquiries as directed

Qualifications:
