Now hiring for an Indianapolis Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Update online banking information as needed
- Communicate with customers via telephone or live chat
- Provide information on services and programs
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in banking preferred
- Prior experience in customer service required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
This is an in office position. Monday-Friday, 12pm-8pm and Saturday 8am-1pm, if needed.
Contract position from November 6th-November 22nd.
