Now hiring for an Indianapolis Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruiting for all positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Research and utilize recruiting avenues, including college recruiting and job boards.
  • Consult with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements and qualifications.
  • Verify candidate references, credentials, and backgrounds.
  • Advise candidates on the interview and hiring process.
  • Organize and attend job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Create onboarding plans and educate new employees on HR policies and internal procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and talent management systems (or ability to learn quickly).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

This is an in-office position, Monday- Thursday 7a-5p and half day on Fridays.

Human Resources Manager

Now hiring for an Indianapolis Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute all HR functions.
  • Manage hands-on HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership and department managers on HR operations, employee relations, and organizational needs.
  • Develop, clean up, consolidate, and maintain HR documentation, including job descriptions, policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and leadership regarding policies, procedures, and employment matters.
  • Administer and manage HR systems.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, administrative, internship, and early career roles, including university relations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain required HR documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Progressive, hands-on HR experience with ownership of HR operations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR data management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and remain comfortable in a hands-on individual contributor role.

This position is in the office, Monday-Thursday 7a-5p, and half day on Fridays.
