Responsibilities:

  • Completes time card reports at the beginning of every week
  • Completes, copies, and files daily invoices for Rental stores as assigned
  • Answers phones and gets general information from customers for sales team
  • Assists sales department with filing open and closed contracts
  • Assists service department with paperwork
  • Orders supplies, business cards, mailers, and all printing
  • Tracks vacation days, personal leave days, and sick days for the rental branches, as assigned
  • Keeps track of petty cash for Rental Service Manager
  • Takes payments from customers for sales, parts, and service invoices
  • Aids in marketing and special events planning as assigned by supervisor
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of office/clerical work experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office software such as Word and Excel
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally to other branches as needed
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening
  • Moderate analytical skills including problem solving and the ability to interpret policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Excellent customer service skills

Part-time Payroll and HR Assistant
