Now hiring for an Indianapolis Part-time Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Screen calls and manage multiple inboxes
- Prioritize messages and flag urgent items
- Maintain and adjust the executive’s calendar
- Handle mail, invoices, and bill payments
- Monitor bank accounts and highlight issues
- Communicate with external partners as needed
- Support daily office operations and organization
- Complete ad hoc tasks based on shifting priorities
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative or executive support roles
- Commercial real estate exposure preferred
- Familiarity with concepts like CAM fees is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication style
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Able to work independently and move quickly
- Comfortable supporting a direct leadership style
This is a part-time position with around 30 hours per week.
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 11a-5p; Wednesday 9:30a-2p
