Now hiring for a Fisher Contract Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, direct calls, and serve as the first point of contact for clients.
- Schedule tax appointments and maintain accurate calendars.
- Receive, scan, upload, and organize client tax documents.
- Monitor and respond to emails and basic client inquiries.
- Process payments in person and over the phone and provide receipts to management.
- Coordinate client tax documentation and ensure files are prepared and routed for scheduled appointments.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in a CPA firm or accounting environment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a professional, client-friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stay organized and perform accurately in a fast-paced, seasonal workload.
This position is in office, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p.
This contract position is expected to last through the end of tax season, in April.
