Now hiring for a South Bend, IN Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to design and execute recruitment strategies
  • Manage recruitment for mission-critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Utilize workforce analytics to provide hiring forecasts and insight to business leaders
  • Implement advanced sourcing techniques
  • Build and maintain a pipeline for future workforce needs
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to streamline onboarding processes and enhance new hire experience
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and facilitate regular updates
  • Train and mentor junior recruiters and foster a collaborative environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience required
  • 2+ years of experience building and implementing senior leader attraction and onboarding programs required
  • Background recruiting in the healthcare field required
  • Expertise with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Advanced knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Location & Travel:

  • This person MUST reside within 1 hour of the South Bend, IN area.
  • This position is hybrid with a schedule of being in the office Tuesday through Thursday every other week.

Staff Accountant

Now hiring for an Indianapolis Staff Accountant.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for month-end closing duties, including journal entries and reconciling the general ledger
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Maintain balance sheet schedules and income statement analysis
  • Assist with processing AR, AP, and various day-to-day accounting tasks
  • Help with treasury management
  • Review monthly statements for various entities prepared by other team members
  • Document and create accounting procedures

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent is required
  • A minimum of three years of accounting experience is required
  • Experience using QuickBooks and Excel required
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
