Now hiring for an Indianapolis HR Generalist.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, benefits administration and payroll for a team of about 50
  • Process benefits invoices, generate reporting and answer general questions
  • Participate in and initiate recruitment activities to fill openings at all levels of the organization
  • Manage the candidate experience through the interview, offer and onboarding stages
  • Other HR generalist duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 2+ years of HR experience required
  • At least 1 year of recruiting experience required
  • Experience processing payroll required
  • Paylocity experience preferred

This role is hybrid – going into the office Wednesday and Thursday each week.

Now hiring for an Indianapolis Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously and proactively
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO
  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Maintain confidential files and records
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as required
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itinerary planning
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and board meetings
  • Provide general administrative support, including copying, filing, and record-keeping
  • Handle special projects and assignments

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years supporting a C-Suite executive required
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Prior experience supporting a Board of Directors, Board of Trustees, or Investors required
  • Must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, and demonstrate initiative
  • Must possess software skills including proficiency in Windows, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint

This is an in office position.
