Now hiring for an Indianapolis Accountant.

Responsibilities:

Perform funds-based accounting and manage grants

Support all advancement finances, including database infrastructure and fund management

Lead Foundation audit processes and assist with internal audits

Oversee annual charitable registration renewal process

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Provide chapter support as needed and define/document standard operating procedures

Assist with projects and special initiatives as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, required

2+ years of foundation accounting experience, required

Strong analytical skills with a “trust but verify” mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growing organization with the ability to handle complex tasks

This position is hybrid, with 2 days in office.

Now hiring for an Indianapolis Contract Administrative Assistant.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to help manage focus and competing responsibilities.
Handle scheduling and calendar management.
Organize the Director’s office, files, and materials.
Take notes and capture key information as needed.
Disseminate messages between the Director and direct reports.
Keep information flowing to the Director without requiring personal action on her part.

Prior experience in an administrative or executive support role, with the ability to step in quickly.
Strong organizational skills and clear, concise communication.
Resilience and the ability to stay composed in a demanding environment.
A flexible, dynamic presence that can be upbeat or serious as situations require.
Comfort adapting to day-to-day needs.

This is a contract position with no end date, and is in office.
