Now hiring for an Indianapolis Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and schedule appointments for the technicians
- Dispatching will be added once you can understand what each technician does for each job – ideally right around the 3-month mark
- Keep track of what has been completed for each job
- Greet visitors as they come into the office
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Professional appearance
- Dispatch background would be nice or trucking industry experience
- Great communication
- Punctuality
- Outlook/MS products proficiency, answering phone calls
This role is in the office with hours of 9a-5p Monday – Friday.
