Now hiring for an Indianapolis Talent Acquisition & HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full hiring process from outreach through offer and candidate communication.
- Build pipelines through universities, internships, referrals, and early-career outreach.
- Partner with leadership on staffing priorities, performance support, and employee relations guidance.
- Lead onboarding and early-tenure support to strengthen engagement, clarity, and retention.
- Coordinate payroll, benefits, and compliance vendors while maintaining accurate HR records.
- Keep HR practices organized, compliant, and aligned with evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, preferred.
- Several years of progressive, hands-on HR responsibility in a generalist or HR leadership capacity.
- Experience working independently in a department-of-one or highly autonomous HR role.
- Hands-on experience in recruiting, employee relations, HR systems, benefits, and employment law.
- Strong judgment, discretion, organization, and communication in handling confidential matters.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and relationship-building skills.
This position is in the office, Monday-Thursday 7a-5p, and half day on Fridays.
