Now hiring for an Indianapolis Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Assist in the preparation of financial documents, including expense reports and budget tracking
  • Coordinate with other departments and external partners for seamless communication
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Assist in event planning and coordination
  • Utilize office software and applications for efficient data management

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 2+ years proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Able to take initiative

Hours:

  • 20 Hours across 5 Days a week
