Now hiring for an Indianapolis Part-time Office Admin.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain documentation by filing, copying, and scanning
- Distribute mail throughout the office
- Assist with printing and coding invoices
- Stock the kitchen items
- Maintain the cleanliness of the office
- Help plan company events
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements
- Be a backup to the receptionist when they are absent
Qualifications:
- Must be organized and a self-starter
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in office administration required
- Microsoft Office Suite experience required
This position is in office, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 am-4pm.
