Now hiring for an Indianapolis HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the daily administration of HR functions; recruitment and selection, compliance, job classification, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Recruit and interview candidates
- Conduct background checks
- Implement and assist in the Company safety programs and meetings
- Review employee timecards
- Conduct new employee orientation
- Process bi-weekly reimbursements for payroll
- Maintain HRIS
- Administer benefits
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or equivalent
- Good leadership and team building skills that will aid in coaching and mentoring employees
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively for a diverse team-oriented company
- Drug Screen required
This is an in-office position.
