Now hiring for an Indianapolis Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Support the President and Vice President with calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, expense reports, and daily priorities
- Screen and prioritize communications, track action items, and ensure projects and deadlines stay on schedule
- Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and follow up on key deliverables
- Manage office operations including supplies, equipment, mail, vendors, and internal programs
- Assist with special projects, process improvements, and ad hoc requests from leadership
Qualifications:
- 3 – 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in an administrative role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Office 365 and virtual collaboration platforms
- Strong organization, communication, discretion, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
