Now hiring for an Indianapolis Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the calendar, meetings, and travel, including occasional weekend problem-solving for travel changes
- Work with congregations on parish visit bulletins and event details, often juggling several at once
- Handle confidential communications with discretion and professionalism
- Support logistics for visitors to the office and meetings off-site
- Manage the discretionary fund account
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of executive assistant or similar experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional maturity, adaptability, and discretion
- Proficiency in Word and Excel; experience creating event or bulletin materials a plus
This position is in office Monday- Thursday, and remote on Fridays.
