Now hiring for an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and communication support for the parish office and clergy.
- Serve as the primary office contact by greeting visitors, answering calls and emails, and assisting parishioners.
- Help maintain schedules, calendars, newsletters, service materials, and event coordination.
- Complete routine office tasks, manage records, and assist with supplies, purchases, and vendor interactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma and at least one year of administrative or office experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with design or document tools such as Adobe Pro or Canva.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, remain professional, and interact comfortably with a wide range of people.
- Basic comfort using standard office equipment and supporting daily office operations. .
