Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor communication.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and office documentation.
- Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Support project coordination and track deadlines.
- Process expense reports and basic purchasing tasks.
- Provide general support to leadership and team members.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience managing calendars and coordinating logistics.
- High School Diploma required. Associate degree preferred.
- Prior administrative assistant or office support experience strongly preferred.
