Now hiring for an Indianapolis Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain client information and communicate with them regarding their needs
- Manage incoming shipments and schedule deliveries
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
- Answer incoming calls and transfer to the correct department
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Enter Accounts Payable invoices into QuickBooks
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in an Administrative/Office support role required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with invoicing is a plus
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
