Now hiring for an Indianapolis HR Generalist.
Responsibilities:
- Managed new employee onboarding for a mass hiring event
- Update and maintain employee handbook and policies and procedures
- Maintain and oversee employee files and set up new ones
- Streamline and help process online integrations
- Assist with general HR and admin functions
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 3+ years of HR experience required
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
This role is in the office with 32-40 hours per week.
