Now hiring for an Indianapolis Accounts Payable Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Key in and match purchase orders to invoices, and submit invoices
- Pay vendors weekly
- Reconcile statements and transactions
- Assist in processes check runs
- Research issues on invocies as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Accounting experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 3+ years of AP experience
- Esker and/or Great Plains experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Identify and solve problems/address issues quickly
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Adaptability and flexibility as priorities change and responsibilities broaden with increased knowledge and experience
This role would offer hybrid flexibility once out of training.
