Now hiring for a Carmel Executive Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Manages high-level responses to inquiries from external stakeholders and executive teams.
- Serves as liaison to the Board and C-Suite to align priorities with strategic initiatives.
- Oversees board material preparation and ensures seamless distribution for executive meetings.
- Manages executive communications with discretion, ensuring continuous, direct updates to C-Suite on critical matters.
- Develops executive-level presentations from complex concepts, ensuring clarity and impact.
- Executes critical projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by C-Suite leaders.
- Oversees complex scheduling, resolves conflicts, and manages travel for C-Suite.
- Strategically manages executive time, coordinating priorities to optimize daily and travel agendas.
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelors degrees, required
- 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level executives, required
- Previous experience in event planning, facilities management and vendor contracts and relationships, required
- Must have prior experience working in a publicly traded company
- Must have prior experience working with and supporting investors, board members and C-suite executives
- Must be willing to have flexibility to be on-call outside regular workday, including events, weekends, holidays, and vacation time, and must be available by cell phone or email
