  • Process corporate payroll and administer benefits
  • Serve as employee’s point of contact for benefits and payroll related questions
  • Manage personnel files within ADP Workforce Now and keep records up to date
  • Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to employees and leaders
  • Recruit, interview and manage the hiring process for all corporate positions
  • Plan and lead new hire onboarding and orientations
  • Support the administration or annual performance management processes
  • Administer Worker’s Compensation program


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role required
  • Payroll and benefits experience required
  • Experience working with ADP Workforce Now or a similar HRIS platform strongly preferred
  • Must be able t maintain confidentiality
  • Must be approachable, resourceful, and professional
  • Ability to initiate and lead projects to completion
