Now hiring for an Indianapolis Payroll Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll processing across multiple entities
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
- Manage payroll taxes, audits, and year-end reporting
- Lead and develop the payroll team
- Drive process improvements and standardization
- Partner with internal stakeholders on payroll initiatives
Qualifications:
- Experience managing large-scale payroll operations, required
- Multi-state payroll experience, required
- Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations, required
- Experience processing payroll for 5k+ employees, required
- Prior leadership experience managing payroll professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Workday experience, strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent payroll experience
This position allows for one day remote per week, after being fully trained and trust is established.
