Best of Staffing Award – It’s My Annual Review!

BestOfStaffing_ThatsGoodHREach year that we have surveyed our clients, we have been awarded the Best of Staffing designation.  It is an award that is very special to me for so many reasons.  This award presented in partnership with CareerBuilder provides the only quality benchmark for our industry.  Even though the quality scores are trending down for the industry, we are proud to say that our clients continue to be happy with the service that we provide for temp, temp to hire and direct hire help in the areas of Accounting, Finance, HR, Customer Service and Administrative support.  Less than 2% of staffing agencies in the US receive this award.  That’s Good HR received a 9 or a 10 out of 10 from 83.8% of our clients compared to the industry’s average of 35%.  It is rewarding to know that so many of our clients think we are doing a good job of bridging the gap for them and acting as an extension of their HR Department.

In my role at That’s Good HR, my clients are the ones who give me a “review” each year.  Without the survey and the honesty of my clients, I wouldn’t know how I am performing in my job.  This feedback will help us move forward in filling Indianapolis temporary openings in 2014 considering that Forbes named Indianapolis as No. 2 on the list of cities with the highest expected growth in temp jobs.  http://www.forbes.com/sites/kathryndill/2014/03/28/top-cities-for-temp-jobs/

I am so grateful for the clients that I currently work with as I have developed a wonderful partnership and friendship with them after working together during my 13 years in staffing or 6 years at That’s Good HR.  The comments that I received from my clients that I am most proud of are:
