Now hiring for an Indianapolis Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Coordinate service requests, including creating work orders and tracking job progress
  • Review vendor documentation and ensure accuracy before client submission
  • Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve discrepancies and maintain alignment
  • Support proposal development and convert approved work into active jobs
  • Monitor account activity and keep records current within internal systems
  • Coordinate scheduling to ensure timely service delivery and compliance requirements are met
  • Process invoicing accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a service, operations, or related environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

This position is in office, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
