Now hiring for an Indianapolis Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Coordinate service requests, including creating work orders and tracking job progress
- Review vendor documentation and ensure accuracy before client submission
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve discrepancies and maintain alignment
- Support proposal development and convert approved work into active jobs
- Monitor account activity and keep records current within internal systems
- Coordinate scheduling to ensure timely service delivery and compliance requirements are met
- Process invoicing accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in a service, operations, or related environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
