Now hiring for a Bloomington Accounting Assistant.


  • Scan, separate and input invoices for accounts payable
  • Perform data entry into Microsoft Excel
  • Key invoice information into accounting system(s)


  • 1 year of data entry experience required
  • Prior experience inputting invoices for accounts payable/receivable preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to work 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.

This is a hybrid position after training. This person will be able to do 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
