Accounting Clerk
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Accounting Clerk.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and ensure timecards are accurate
- Maintain the general ledger
- Process AP invoices and link them to the correct account
- Review and manage payroll reports
- Post journal entries
- Prepare lien waivers
- Assist with audit requests and inquiries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Background with job cost accounting preferred
- 2+ years of experience in accounting required
- Experience processing payroll required
