Now hiring for an Indianapolis Accounting Clerk.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll and ensure timecards are accurate
  • Maintain the general ledger
  • Process AP invoices and link them to the correct account
  • Review and manage payroll reports
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare lien waivers
  • Assist with audit requests and inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Background with job cost accounting preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting required
  • Experience processing payroll required
