Accounting Clerk
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Accounting Clerk.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments
- Processing checks; issuing stop payments
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Uploading copies of claims to files
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Resolve any accounting discrepancies
- Print checks daily and match them to the invoice
- Process positive pay uploads
- Assist with audit requests and inquiries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Excel – vlookups and pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail
This is an in-office position.
