Now hiring for an Indianapolis Accounting/HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with updating employee handbook, policy and procedure
  • Assist with hiring and creating reviews
  • Track vacation requests
  • Assist with AR/AP, invoicing and other accounting tasks
  • Assist with front desk duties as needed
  • Answer phones and greet visitors

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Quickbooks preferred, or experience with another accounting software program
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Must be able to work independently
