Now hiring for an Indianapolis Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities:

  • Match purchase orders to invoices, and submit invoices
  • Charge expenses to accounts and analyze reports
  • Pay vendors weekly
  • Process 1099’s annually
  • Control expenses and maintain general ledger
  • Prepare journal vouchers and reclassifications
  • Reconcile statements and transactions
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of taxes

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Accounting experience required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • 3+ years of AP experience
  • Peoplesoft or ImageNow experience a plus
