Responsibilities:

  • Strong customer service skill set, will be handling calls from a queue
  • Manage pre and post judgment collections on accounts assigned
  • Manage the placement of accounts to outside counsel to pursue legal remedies
  • Working a collection queue in order to secure payment on accounts
  • Documenting accounts clearly and concisely
  • Working professionally with attorneys and analyzing their performance
  • Analyzing and reviewing accounts for settlements

Qualifications:

  • Accounts receivable or collections experience required
  • High School Diploma required
  • Strong professional customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented
  • Must meet deadlines
