Now hiring for an Indianapolis Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain documents
  • Answer the phone and correspond via email
  • Greet and assist visitors from the front desk
  • Distribute mail and send out packages
  • Type letters in Word
  • Maintain organized lists in Excel
  • Assist the CFO with any admin tasks

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative assistance required
  • Strong skills in communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving
  • Must have great time management skills and be able to meet a deadline
  • Must have high attention to detail and be a got-getter
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
