Administrative Assistant
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain documents
- Answer the phone and correspond via email
- Greet and assist visitors from the front desk
- Distribute mail and send out packages
- Type letters in Word
- Maintain organized lists in Excel
- Assist the CFO with any admin tasks
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in administrative assistance required
- Strong skills in communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving
- Must have great time management skills and be able to meet a deadline
- Must have high attention to detail and be a got-getter
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
