Administrative Assistant
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to executive leadership (EVP/SVP/President)
- Manage calendars, coordinate events, and prepare detailed travel arrangements
- Manage and process invoices, and expense approvals, and handle all other inquiries
- Assure accuracy and availability of office records, files, resource data, board documentation preparation, and basic budget oversight
- Exercise strong independent judgment and recognize the specific needs of executives
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
- Requires 5-7+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with matrix organization and complex work environments preferred.
- Requires experience with Board of Director document preparation/materials management for top-level executives.
- Requires strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Requires progressive experience in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information.
This is a hybrid position once trained. This role is contract to hire.
