Now hiring for an Indianapolis Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to executive leadership (EVP/SVP/President)
  • Manage calendars, coordinate events, and prepare detailed travel arrangements
  • Manage and process invoices, and expense approvals, and handle all other inquiries
  • Assure accuracy and availability of office records, files, resource data, board documentation preparation, and basic budget oversight
  • Exercise strong independent judgment and recognize the specific needs of executives

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
  • Requires 5-7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with matrix organization and complex work environments preferred.
  • Requires experience with Board of Director document preparation/materials management for top-level executives.
  • Requires strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Requires progressive experience in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information.

This is a hybrid position once trained. This role is contract to hire.
