Now hiring for an Indianapolis Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client information and communicate with them regarding their needs
  • Manage incoming shipments and schedule deliveries
  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer to the correct department
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Enter Accounts Payable invoices into QuickBooks

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in an Administrative/Office support role required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with invoicing is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
