Now hiring for an Indianapolis Contract Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Correspond with customers via email, phone, and text regarding inquiries or issues
  • Sit at the front desk and greet customers or those viewing the showroom
  • Schedule installations and estimates for the field team
  • Scan and file documents
  • Audit sales orders and contracts
  • Support the office and staff with miscellaneous tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years Administrative Assistant or Front Office experience highly preferred
  • High school diploma required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using Google Sheets highly preferred
  • Collaborative, positive, and professional attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
