Now hiring for an Indianapolis Administrative Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate order entry and fulfillment process
  • Maintain inventory and ordering
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure fulfillment is on time
  • Provide support to the Operations Manager
  • Maintain electronic files
  • Answer and direct phone calls within the department
  • Process invoices and departmental expenses
  • Assist in planning projects
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving for incoming and outgoing products

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of administrative and/or operational support required
  • Fishbowl ERP experience required
  • Experience working with an ERP and/or CRM required
  • Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a customer service mindset
  • Ability to organize and plan
  • High School Diploma required
  • Ability to life 50 lbs. required
