  • Prepare vouchers and process reconciling invoices
  • Control expenses
  • Maintain general ledger
  • Prepare journal vouchers and reclassifications
  • Reconcile statements and transactions
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of taxes


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of AP experience
  • Peoplesoft or ImageNow experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
