Now hiring for a Fishers AP Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare 1099s pays
  • Report payroll data and process payroll
  • Perform data entry
  • Follow-up with Vendors
  • Process Commissions on a Weekly or Bi-Weekly basis 
  • Prepare and reconcile period-end reports
  • Complete quarterly business reviews

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of AP experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • College degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in 1099s Required
  • Excel pivot tables and v-lookups Required
