Now hiring for an Indianapolis Bookkeeper.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct bank reconciliation and journal entries to create monthly and quarterly financial statements
  • Prepare and process payroll including paying payroll taxes and quarterly and annual reporting
  • Maintain and update QuickBooks files
  • Prepare sales tax
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to achieve company goals

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
  • Experience with QuickBooks highly preferred
  • Previous experience processing full cycle payroll preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team setting

This position is hybrid, 1 day remote and 4 in-office.
