Now hiring for an Indianapolis Business Collections Clerk.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts and payment activity
  • Follow up on past-due balances. Investigate and resolve account issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Review account aging and payment status
  • Partner with internal teams to address concerns
  • Process account adjustments and updates
  • Support additional accounting functions as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience. NO CONSUMER COLLECTIONS
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and business software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or related industry experience is a plus
