Now hiring for an Indianapolis Cash Associate.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain bank accounts
  • Manage cash transfers
  • Review General Ledger cash over/short account for period close
  • Produce and analyze bank reconciliation data and reports
  • Support the Corporate Cash Manager by working directly with field associates to resolve any cash discrepancies between POS and bank account
  • Perform quality and control reviews

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience, accounting experience preferred
  • Peoplesoft or ReconNet knowledge a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines
