Now hiring for an Indianapolis Collections Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Run aged receivable reports for customers
  • Research and resolve account issues
  • Contact customers via email and phone regarding past due balances
  • Provide additional information to customers as requested (bills, statements, reports, invoices, etc.)
  • Submit invoices each week
  • Mail out collections notifications letters each week
  • Generate and analyze debit and credit reports
  • Serve as the back up to cash receipts clerks when needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • Prior experience working in logistics, distribution or transportation preferred
  • Offices skills: typing, computer data entry, filing
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer serivce mindset
