Loan Adjustment Specialist

Now hiring for an Indianapolis Loan Adjustment Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and make calls to members that are anywhere from 11-20 days delinquent
• Maintain member service and call quality standards while meeting call volume expectations
• Update accounts and document them with accuracy
• Collect on early-stage past-due loans
• Process financial transactions

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of call center or collections experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Background in auto loan collections preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• experience using a dialer system preferred
