Collections & Recovery Specialist

Now hiring for an Indianapolis Collections & Recovery Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume collections activity
• Resolve delinquent account issues
• Handle account adjustments and charge-offs
• Assist with legal and fraud-related matters
• Research and resolve credit disputes
• Maintain accurate account documentation
• Navigate multiple systems and financial records
• Provide professional, service-focused customer interactions

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of collections experience
• High school diploma required
• Consumer finance experience preferred
• Knowledge of collections regulations
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• MS Office and dialer experience preferred

This position is in Indianapolis, with on-site presence 3 days a week after being fully trained and trust is established.
