Responsibilities:

  • Correspond with internal and external clients via phone and email regarding past due payments
  • Maintain records of delinquent accounts
  • Resolve collections disputes
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Input collection notes and results of calls

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Billing, AP, or AR experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Computer literate and proficient at typing
  • Able to adapt to new tasks in a fast-paced environment
