Responsibilities:

  • Assist with benefit plans and administration process
  • Partner with payroll, HRIS, HR business partners, and outside vendors
  • Provide benefits-related customer support
  • Respond to questions, escalated cases, and appeals
  • Support billing process

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in benefits
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with manufacturing company preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • CEBS designation preferred
