Customer Account Specialist
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Customer Account Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Review driver qualification files, maintenance files and client documentation to ensure compliance
- Research and resolve file discrepancies to clients, teammates and drivers in a timely manner
- Respond to client inquiries
- Enter new and/or update data
- Order vendor reports (as needed)
- Coordinate across departments on projects and to coordinate tasks
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience working in motor carrier safety would be a plus
- Must have strong organizational skills
