Now hiring for an Indianapolis Customer Account Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Review driver qualification files, maintenance files and client documentation to ensure compliance
  • Research and resolve file discrepancies to clients, teammates and drivers in a timely manner
  • Respond to client inquiries
  • Enter new and/or update data
  • Order vendor reports (as needed)
  • Coordinate across departments on projects and to coordinate tasks

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience working in motor carrier safety would be a plus
  • Must have strong organizational skills
