Now hiring for an Indianapolis Contract Executive Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain calendar and scheduling for the VP of Communications
  • Reconcile, prepare, and submit expense reports and invoice payments
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, catering, etc.
  • Lead projects and serve on special projects team
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for conferences and various other departmental activities
  • Compose, proofread, and/or distribute emails, memos, meeting notes, etc.
  • Office management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities

This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days on-site.
