Now hiring for an Indianapolis Contract Executive Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support to the COO, including managing communications and correspondence.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and pull reports as needed for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate with vendors for orders, building maintenance, and other operational needs.
  • Maintain awareness of office activities and keep the COO informed of important matters.
  • Support the COO’s initiatives efficiently, professionally, and proactively without assuming decisions or priorities.
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Experience in an executive support or administrative capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Highly professional, articulate, and able to engage effectively with staff, constituents, and vendors.
  • Nimble, adaptable, and able to efficiently prioritize and complete tasks.
  • Positive attitude with strong energy, professionalism, and ability to take direction from a high-demand executive.
  • Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to keeping leadership informed.

This is a contract position expected to last 10 weeks.

This position is remote on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and in office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. Hours are 8a-4:30p.
