Contract Executive Administrative Assistant
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Contract Executive Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain calendar and scheduling for the VP of Communications
- Reconcile, prepare, and submit expense reports and invoice payments
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, catering, etc.
- Lead projects and serve on special projects team
- Coordinate travel arrangements for conferences and various other departmental activities
- Compose, proofread, and/or distribute emails, memos, meeting notes, etc.
- Office management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years experience in an administrative support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities
This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days on-site.
