Now hiring for an Indianapolis Contract Executive Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain calendar and communications for President
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and audit expense reports
  • Schedule in-person and virtual meetings
  • Prepare agenda and minutes for meetings
  • Compose, proofread, and/or distribute business material
  • Make timely recommendations to effectively solve problems
  • Office management
  • Take meeting notes during board meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be willing to work some early mornings, evenings, and weekends for events
