Executive Administrative Assistant
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Executive Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Support executive-level team members
- Complete contracts and obtain necessary signatures
- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international meetings
- Process expense reports
- Organize and maintain documents
- Answer phone and correspondences via email
- Coordinate domestic and international travel as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in administrative assistance required
- Must be willing to work non-traditional hours due to supporting executives across multiple time zones
- Background in clinical healthcare required
- Strong skills in communication and problem-solving
- Must have great time management skills and be able to meet a deadline
- Must have high attention to detail and be a go-getter
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
This position is hybrid with 4 days in the office and 1 day at home.
